RETURNS POLICY

‘change of mind’ returns on any of our products, in addition, all sales of consumable products including personal lubricants and condoms are final.

What if my product is faulty?

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 15 days of delivery if there is a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. If your product is found to be faulty or damaged, it will be replaced with an identical product at no cost to you. To be eligible, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original packaging.

How do I organise a return?

Please email help@loveglove.com.au with a full description of the faulty product and photos showing the issues so we can address the issue swiftly.
